KEESSTARS NOW HAS A NEW KENNEL NAME - "EURAKEES"

THIS COMBINES THE TWO BREEDS WE NOW SHOW AND BREED.

                        THE KEESHOND & EURASIER

OUR NEW SITE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION  AND WILL BE UP AND RUNNING IN THE NEW YEAR:

All our puppies are raised in the home and are part of our extended family.

Our adult dogs are also house dogs and not left in kennels as other

breeders do.

If you want a puppy raised and socialized in a home

environment then a keesstars puppy is for you.

We have been breeding and showing dogs both in Australia and New Zealand

for over 30 years.

After returning to NZ it was time to change our breed. We had always loved

the Keeshonden and after

carefully deciding whom we would purchase our first Keeshond from we felt

the type was more to our liking in

Australia so our first Keeshonds were imported in 1998 and so the journey

began. In this short period of time,

with our own breeding program we have achieved far more than others have

in over 20 years or more of this breed.

After having our first Eurasier in 2003 we decided that 2011 was the year to

re-introduce this lovely breed back into NZ.

Unlike a lot of breeders all our dogs are raised in the home and are well

 loved members of our family.
Puppies are raised in their own Puppy room complete with radio and

 television and are well socialized
before going to their new homes.

We 'vet' all prospective owners very carefully as our main priority is to see

this lovely breed placed
with  appropriate and deserving owners.

All puppies are sold as pets and are under contract to be neutered or spayed.

We are not a puppy factory unlike some breeders and breed occasionally

and selectively.

Any genuine enquiries are most welcome and we are always available for

 help and advice.
