"WARNING" TO ANYONE CONSIDERING IMPORTING A

 DOG FROM OVERSEAS COUNTRIES:

THE BENZ FAMILY OF DAIMLER KENNELS USA.

We purchased a keeshond from this kennel and paid all up

a total of $22,000 (nz) for a dog that was not able to win or be placed

against our own breeding, the dog was not even of average quality

and had many faults. We had this dog neutered and placed in a pet home.

To pay so much for a dog then end up having to do this (for the breed) shows

that some breeders will go to any lengths just to make a quick dollar and not

give a thought to what they put people through and are obviously not concerned

for their own kennel name.

We also were notified that these breeders had also stolen semen from this dog

and used him for natural matings before he was sent to us. First lot of semen

from this dog was taken when he was 6 months of age, confirmed by the A.K.C

 (WHAT DOES THIS SAY ABOUT THE ETHICS OF THIS BREEDER.)

All this was done at the time without our knowledge or permission.

But to prove the apple does not fall far from the tree their daughter Miss Laura

Benz (whom we have had no dealings with) sent us on the 5-2-11 (15 months after

the dog was sent to NZ) the most sordid and depraved e-mail. This e-mail was obviously

sent by a very disturbed or sick person as the language and the content was

so disgusting that Ms Benz must have been either extremely drunk or drugged.

Her parents must be very proud of raising a daughter with such a foul vocabulary

that even the hardest criminals would not know such language.

Laura Benz had sent this e-mail from Auburn University where she is a student.

Oh how proud they must also be of having such a foul mouthed student. The Director

Of Student Conduct at the university did take action over the e-mail.

We would put the e-mail up for viewing but as it is so sordid we would not want

to offend anyone. Congratulations Mr & Mrs Benz on raising a daughter with your

standards.

SHELIA TAYLOR OF PURKEES KENNELS CANADA. (A friend of the above breeders.)

Diane Benz put us onto this breeder to purchase a female (to go with the lines of the dog she was sending us)

this breeder Sheila Taylor re-sold this bitch puppy to a gentleman in America after taking all our money

for purchase price plus vet costs but NEVER has returned a single dollar of our money.

She also lied to the Canadian kennel club saying she had not sold the pup but we have the proof and have

spoken with the gentleman that purchased the puppy. This is theft by fraud. She also falsified papers etc.

We are still pursuing this matter and even if it takes us years we will get justice in the end.

These breeders obviously work together to rip buyers off.

STACEY WATKINS OF ALBIONSPITZ EURASIERS ENGLAND:

This is another breeder (as above) that we purchased a bitch puppy (Eurasier) from we paid her

full purchase price plus all vets costs for tests etc to bring pup into NZ. Once this breeder had

our money she then re-sold the pup and kept all our money.

Thanks to the Dersingham Police they were able to recover some of our money but there is still a

lot outstanding. The Dersingham police after investigation against this breeder have opened other

files to give to the appropriate authorities as others have come forward and laid complaints also

against this breeder and her family. She has a mother and brother that also have kennels and breed

under different kennel names so be very careful of this family and especially Stacey Watkins.

AS with all the above breeders after further investigation was done into the dealings of these

breeders it was discovered that these breeders have several dissatisfied purchasers out there.

Unfortunately 9 times out of 10 one never finds out these things till it is too late and we have learnt the hard way -

NEVER to trust anyone we deal with unless they have been fully investigated.

SO PLEASE IF YOU ARE THINKING OF PURCHASING A DOG FROM OUTSIDE OF YOUR COUNTRY

THEN DO A FULL BACKGROUND CHECK ON THE BREEDER DON'T JUST TAKE ANY ONES WORD:

There are some very good and honest breeders overseas BUT a lot of breeders think that because one

is so far away they can just steal your money and get away with it. WRONG do all you can to get back at

such dishonest people and remember the saying: WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND.
